Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the home decor items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
